| Hey everybody! I am going to totally revamp my site. I really haven't done a whole lot with it anyway thus far, but I plan to do so much more now. This time it's not just going to be about modest fashions in the modern world, it's going to be about faith, life, chastity, modesty, old-fashioned values, comparisons, love, Catholicism and God. I want to add enthusiasm to my posts, life and meaning! God is so good. He is so good to all of us. I want to express this, I want to talk about the lessons I've learned. I want to grow. And I want other people to grow with me. All I want right now is to love God even more, and I want to show His love to others. It is real. It is whole. It means so much more than any earthly love. It is unfathomable. It is eternal. Look for posts soon. Blessings! ~Emma |

| Here are two more squares that I have completed for my baby quilt. I still have to add french knots to the 'Georgie Porgie' one at the bottom of the girls dress (notice the dots). But other than that it's pretty much finished! I think I have one more square completed, I will post a picture of it later. Please let me know what you think! Blessings! ~Emma |

I am embroidering these squares for a baby quilt, that, when completed will go into my Hope Chest! I bought the iron-on patterns at Jo-Anns made by Aunt Martha's Colonial Patterns inc. http://www.colonialpatterns.com I've bought many patterns from this company and love each and every one! They are so adorable and old-fashioned looking. I will post pictures of my other completed squares as soon as I can. Blessings! ~Emma PS The "Ten O'clock Scholar" square hasn't quite been completed; notice the clock. :) |

| Hello everyone! I'm sorry I haven't posted in forever, I haven't been able to think of much to say or do! And I've been busy. I decided that I will post a question (probably once a week) that has to do with modesty/chastitiy/purity in my chatboard. I would love it if everyone would answer the question according to their different views. I thought it would be fun and a good learning experience for all of us to see many different ways to look on purity. Blessings! ~Emma P.s. For non-xanga users I am not sure if you are able to post in my chatboard if not, feel free to comment on my posts instead to answer my questions. |

| We by Joy Williams She's independent and beautiful Wish I could be like her She's got the girls and the boys So wrapped around her finger Rumor is she's some kind of dream Nobody knows she cries herself to sleep
We are not that different from each other We just want somebody to discover Who we really are when we drop our guard That love has gotta start with you and me We
He's on the top of the social scene He's stylish cool and clever He's got a cool attitude that says He's got it all together
You'd think he's addicted to himself But he wishes he could be someone else
We are not that different from each other We just want somebody to discover Who we really are when we drop our guard That love has gotta start with you and me
We've gotta come togeher Oh You know you don't ever have to be alone You've got a hand to hold
Yeah Lalala Oh Oh Oh
We are not that different from each other We just want somebody to discover Who we really are when we drop our guard That love has gotta start with you and me We Oh Oh And We And We You and me We We've gotta come together
For this song it depends how you want to look at it. It could be taken meaning purity, it could be ones personality or a number of things. I just thought I would post it, because it inspires me in different ways and views. Though you may not know, there are more people like you inside, they just don't show it. We're not alone. Blessings! ~Emma |
